A perfect blend of creativity, quality handiwork and new technologies, for carpets as narrative drawings.
Colour is form and form is colour in this collection that offers six carpets based on Panton’s colour series and the pure geometries of the circle, square, and wave. The Romatica rugs are hand knotted with a slight shag high pile using prime quality New Zealand wool. Square and round carpets, with a motif of concentric frames, are also available in the variant with the inverted colour series. The wave carpets, in two formats, stand out with a purple background.

Originally created on a semi-mechanical loom, the pure wool rugs revisited by Amini are hand knotted and feature a two-level carved pile. The collection is characterised by four different animal subjects: the leopard, Tapipardo, with orange colour on a blue background; the lion, Tapileo, in ochre colour on a yellow background; the bear, Tapiorso, in white on an ivory background; the dragon, Tapidrago, in green on a white background.

With the Thoughts carpet project, Studio AltherrDesilePark explores the concepts of sustainability and vitality. The idea of departure is to the geometric texture, created by the juxtaposition of various tones of uncontaminated and unbleached wools, coloured field brightened by natural but refined tints: helichrysum, cadmium red, rosewood, jade and water. The rug, pure expression of contemporary living, was conceived to give an accent of vitality to wood, cement, clay and stone floors. Incidentally, the design is also contemporary, generated by the Panja weave, which enters the dialog in the context of narrating its own story: with a simple appearance, it requires, in fact, great manual ability in the creation, starting from the meticulous use of colours to the correct execution of the weave.

The Trasparenze collection thoroughly researches the creative notion of stratification of colors, geometrical elements and contours that morph into complex, abstract shapes whose intensely decorative value brings stylistic rigor and linearity to all kinds of interiors. Color combinations that define new geometrical patterns, revealing almost three-dimensional shapes. Backgrounds that feature an array of stratifications, overlaps, transparencies, and nuances come to life with novel color combinations that turn pure forms into complex patterns. Made of hand-tufted wool, and measuring 250 x 300cm, 300 x 400cm, Trasparenze carpets are intended for both private interiors and a contract world that is increasingly more demanding in terms of design and quality.

Born from refined and meticulous research on raw materials and the world of colour, comes a new collection of rugs in organic wool. The material composition and the natural dyeing method are the authentic protagonists of a collection that pays particular attention to the theme of the environmental impact. The result of this meticulous research has given life to Ciclopi collection, designed by Elisa Ossino. The collection consists of a series of larger rugs, with rounded and soft forms, and a line of smaller rugs to be overlaid to create extemporaneous solutions that redesign the way space is experienced, giving life to many uses: from seating to headrest or support. The colour palette is conceived in natural tones. The design of a circle inscribed within the irregular figure of the rug has suggested the formal recollection of the eye of the cyclops, inspiring the name of the collection.

With a rustic appearance, similar to the “pezzotti”, traditional rugs of the Valtellina region, Northern Italy, Prune presents a distinctive, ecological spirit. In this carpet, the patches, the rags, and the old fabrics used in the original “pezzotto” give way to the exclusive yarn obtained from recycled PET, becoming an innovative proposal and a fine complement for the outdoors.
