personali raccolti sono trattati da Abc Italia srl come di seguito indicato.

2. Oggetto del Trattamento
I dati personali sono raccolti e trattati, ai sensi dell’art. 6 del GDPR, per finalità amministrativo/contabili, adempimenti contrattuali e/o precontrattuali, adempimento di obblighi derivanti da Leggi, Regolamenti, Norme Comunitarie, per adempimenti previsti dalle norme in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, per la gestione della corrispondenza e delle comunicazioni.
Il conferimento e trattamento dei dati per dette finalità è obbligatorio.
3. Modalità del trattamento
Il trattamento dei dati è improntato a principi di correttezza, liceità e trasparenza. Esso avverrà mediante strumenti idonei a garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza dell’interessato e tramite procedure che evitino il rischio di perdita, l’accesso non autorizzato, l’uso illecito e/o la diffusione, nel rispetto delle condizioni del Regolamento UE 679/2016. I dati personali sono sottoposti a trattamento sia cartaceo che elettronico e/o automatizzato.
4. Accesso ai dati
I soggetti che possono avere accesso ai dati personali in qualità di responsabili o incaricati (ai sensi dell’Art. 13 comma 1 del GDPR) sono:
Il Titolare del trattamento, nella persona del Legale Rappresentante; Il Personale dipendente del Titolare del trattamento; Soggetti terzi che svolgono attività per conto del Titolare o che forniscano specifici servizi strumentali e di supporto, Soggetti cui la facoltà di accedere ai dati sia riconosciuta da disposizioni di legge.
5. Comunicazione dei dati
I dati non verranno comunicati a Terzi non autorizzati e/o diffusi. Il trattamento dei dati è condotto con l’impiego delle misure di sicurezza idonee ad impedirne l’accesso e a garantirne la riservatezza.
6. Periodo di conservazione dei dati
Il Titolare tratterà i dati personali per adempiere alle finalità di cui sopra e comunque non oltre 10 anni dalla cessazione del rapporto contrattuale. Decorso detto termine i dati saranno cancellati o resi anonimi entro i tempi stabiliti dalla Legge. Qualora intervenga la revoca del consenso al trattamento da parte dell’interessato, i dati verranno cancellati o resi anonimi entro 72 ore dalla ricezione della revoca.
7. Diritti dell’interessato
Gli interessati possono sempre esercitare i diritti esplicitati negli artt. 13 comma 2, 15, 18, 19 e 21 del GDPR. Dal ricevimento della presente informativa, si intenderà rilasciato il consenso al trattamento dei dati personali.

Our rugs are hand knotted, hand loomed, hand tufted in India and Nepal.
All our photos are taken professionally, and we endeavor to show as much detail as possible in terms of design details, colours and texture. However, the type of browser used and/or the age of the screen used can, in some cases, affect the colours displayed.
Credit/debit card, bank transfer
For available products your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order. For products that are not available immediately, your card will be charged a 50% deposit, the remaining balance will be payable when the item is ready for dispatch.
Please, send us an email and we will quote the sample and delivery. We do not offer a sample rental feature on our website and you are responsible for any return shipping charges that may incur. Please contact us if you have further questions.
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, we will send you an email with the delivery information and tracking number.
You can change or cancel your order by sending an email to info@amini.it or calling us on +39 02 45391455. We can only change or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. We cannot change or cancel bespoke orders.
– Delivery in Europe is 95,00 euro – Front Door Delivery service
– International deliveries are charged by volumetric weight and are calculated at the checkout, taxes and duties excluded.

In stock carpets:
– for European order please consider 3 to 5 working days after your purchase.
– for orders outside EU please consider 10 to 15 working days from receipt of payment.
Carpets in process: to be updated on the arrival and availability, contact us at info@amini.it
Custom made carpets : 4 months after your purchase (payment is 100% in advance).
– Within Europe: return costs are at our expense. Please note that shipping costs related to the purchase won’t be refunded (95.00 euro).
– Outside Europe: shipping costs / return customs duties are at our expense, the shipping costs of the first shipment will not be refunded from the total due to the customer.
Please note: Returns are not possible on any Custom or Bespoke items you have ordered as these are specially commissioned items, tailor-made to your specifications.
Initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
Before returning an item, please contact us. We will then arrange for FedEx to collect the item/s from you. Returns can be collected from the delivery initial address.
It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returns easier. If you no longer have the original packaging we can suggest alternatives.
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Once the item has been returned to us, verify its perfect condition. It typically takes between 5-7 working days for the return to be processed and the money to show in your account.
Once we have received the returned item(s) and checked that these meet all the requirements, you will be advised by email that the returned item(s) have been accepted. The refund process will then start using the same form of payment you used (credit/debit card, bank transfer).
– Within Europe: send a written request to info@amini.it within 14 days of arrival of the carpet. All return and new shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
– Outside Europe: All shipping costs and customs duties for the return and new shipment will be charged to the customer.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
If the packaging arrives damaged, please do not withdraw the item. Write to us at info@amini.it, we will arrange for the carpet to be returned and replaced.
