Amini presents: The carpet and the butterfly

Amini reveals the series Vintage, a collection of great charm and a thousand stories. Characterized by artisanal processes that highlight their history and their past, the collection is at the same time an ode to the past and a celebration of the present. The result is a completely new carpet, with exclusive details highlighted by embroidery and finishing, which find their place in the modern world thanks to special treatments and colors.

In the classical Arabic language, the very same root links the words carpet to the word butterfly. Color and lightness, textures and weaves. This is how the carpet becomes a prodigious object, capable of soaring and reaching distant worlds. Weaved threads tell a story, circumscribing it in a space where to free the imagination. At the same time, the carpet unveils itself as a domestic and decorative object. Following this paradox, to weave a carpet there is no need for anything other than the evocative power of art, music, everything that helps us to descend into the depths of ourselves and to explore unknown horizons.
