Juma

Black and white organic shapes impressed in a delicate, irrational order. Jean carpets, designed by the communication and design studio Juma, are inspired by the earth and its natural elements. Raw jute and soft wool meet symbiotically in a bidimensional sculpture weaved using the ancient Soumak tapestry technique, here reinterpreted in a modern key.
“The forms that then take shape offer access to mysteries and reveal to us the profound sources of life”, Jean Arp.
